The concert and culture house Sedel in the old prison building is notorious for loud concerts. The Sedel is the last independent institution in Lucerne to attend a concert. Punk, metal, rock are the hobbyhorses, but hip-hop, electronica and a quiet concert also occur. Since the Sedel is a bit out of town, you can take the in-house Sedel shuttle and throw something into the till.
