Michaelskreuz
The Michaelskreuz is only a small mountain at 771 m.a.s.l., but the summit offers a magnificent view: Reuss valley, Jura, Üetliberg, Schwyz and Uri Alps can be seen! It is also called the little Rigi. The hike over Michaelskreuz is not very demanding. You go from Adligenswil through the Götzetal to Udligenswil. Uphill through the Eggwald and then straight on, across the meadow, to the Michaelskreuz. A few hundred meters further you reach the chapel and the highest point of the small mountain. Then pleasantly downhill to Meierskappel. From there you can get back to Lucerne by bus 73.
