At Glou Glou, I always feel a bit like I'm in a lively, urban wine bar somewhere in southern Europe. Located in the heart of Lucerne's Neustadt district near Helvetiagärtli, the place has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, both inside the small bistro and outside under the trees. I particularly like the combination of uncomplicated enjoyment and carefully selected wines, often natural wines or exciting Swiss producers. There is also a small, good kitchen with honest products. Everything seems relaxed and unpretentious, but you can immediately sense the passion behind it. For me, Glou Glou is a place where you just want to stop by for a quick glass and then suddenly stay the whole evening.
